UTTERLY DISGUSTED USELESS COMPANY

UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY VODACOM.

This is the worst cellular network I have ever supported. Been with Vodacom for years and years and this is now the most disgusting service I received. USELESS COMPANY!!!!

I app**** for a black friday deal with Vodacom and the initial application was incorrect we then went ahead to apply for a second contract which was the correct one and I received a mail from Vodacom to say that the application is approved. Then after following up Vodacom cancelled the approved application instead of the first incorrect application we then tried another application and it was declined !!! So Vodacom made a mistake and then I lost out.

Now I purchased items with my Vodabucks and then Vodacom cancelled the order and did not refund me. I’m so sick and tired of being used for my money only at Vodacom as they don’t care to deliver a good service. I’m writing this review and I’m not in the mood for stupid responses and comments which says “We’ll look into the matter etc. bull****” I know Vodacom you won’t resolve my case because you don’t give a rats ass. You will try and sugar coat the response so that you think you have done a good job. I can’t wait for my contract to end in March to get rid of the useless useless useless company
