Utterly disgusted

Never send your device to the repair centre in Bellville, CT. Your device will come back worse for wear. Early October my daughter's phone was booked in at Vodashop Mossel Bay. It needed a screen replacement. At the end of October we received the phone back but my daughter couldn't check it as the battery was at 1%. After charging it at home she noticed that the camera and flashlight didn't work. Upon checking the device the technician told us that the board had been damaged. Back to CT with the phone. On 5 December we went to collect the phone. Still in Vodashop Mossel Bay, my daughter removed the packaging and looking up at her was her phone, halfway open and missing the sim boot. To date I am waiting for confirmation from CT that the device has been received for repairs.
