Utterly Disgusted and Disappoint in Vodacom

Since the Lockdown started i have been noticing that my data does not last. My data has been disappearing even though i can hardly connect to the network! Within 4 days 30 Gigs of data has been taken but I couldn't even connect my devices to the WiFi, it keeps buffering or says there is no internet connection or poor connection or try again, but the data is gone!!!??? We were all also informed that data packages will be made cheaper to the consumer during this pandemic but this also has not happened! Data still costs the same with Vodacom and on top of that the data disappears while you try forever to connect to this ****ty network! I honestly regret ever having selected this network as they are truly very poor at service delivery and this is not the first time i have had awful experiences with them.

Could someone please explain to me why Vodacom is doing this to people even in this trying time we are all facing?

Please don't say thank you and act like everything was sorted out. It was not!

As usual it was just to say that i have used the data because that's what you can see. So basically... i did use the data and my devise is currently in use.

And as for the data costs, it has been reduced. The prices you paid before lockdown was already the discounted price!

So ultimately.... We will do as we please as you, the consumer, will always be a few steps behind as we already know how to manipulate the system and trick you into thinking it's actually your fault!.
