Utterly Disgusted

Hello. What happens when one is harassed continually and consistantly by an UNKNOWN(hidden) CALLER day and nigh? A Monster who refuses to speaker, hangs up and proceeds to do the same in quick succession for +/- 10 times a session. After a couple of days, with smoke coming out of my ears, I'd had enough. It's not rocket-science to conclude that it's the same lout calling every single time. Called most "wonderful" customer caring VODACOM and laid out my desperate situation. Solution: identify hidden number and block any further such calls to me. Simple? No, no, no ... not when it comes to super-efficient, customer friendly, beautiful VODACOM. Reaction: call copshop and lay charge. Really! Seriously! What sheer Arrogance. Charge who???
