Utterly disappointed

i have been looking for an iPhone 6 64g in space gray and Faiza called me to say that their store had one. I rushed from midrand to get to the store. After calling inside the store I was eventually let in and completed all the paperwork. Faiza then said she would open the phone for me, which I thought was strange and then disappeared Into the back and left me waiting for ages. When I asked for the phone and said I was in a hurry I was told she was just doing something. I was left to wait even longer. Eventually I am told that they don't have the phone i wanted that they said they had and tried to offer me something else. I asked when new stock would be available and then had to wait while an argument ensued over who's phone was going to be used to phone and find out. At this point I had had enough and left the store and went to the Istore to upgrade there. I was told the application was still open and couldn't be upgraded. I called Faiza and she said she cancelled the application immediately but after waiting an hour in the Istore I was told it had still not been cancelled. This is my first upgrade experience with Vodacom directly and it will certainly be the last !!!!!!
