Utter *******, **** and pathetic service from Vodacom

I complained about Vodacom Online not giving me what was told to me I would get with a new Samsung Z Flip 3 over the phone, a person called me(Lennon Samduth) said all would be resolved and they even sent an email, that was the end of the Vodacom support, because now, we cannot get any response from Vodacom via the email account we were told to use, nothing was resolved, no vouchers were received for the and the **** service goes on. You get a one star rating because there is nothing else lower to rate **** service .
