Utter joke

Upgraded online in March. Phone arrived but SMS notifications were not being received. Called ***, they put me through to Upgrades. Spoke to Upgrades, they put me through to ***, who weren't prepared to help because it was an Upgrades problem, but Upgrades kept telling me it was an *** problem. Went to Twitter to complain. Finally Vodacom sent somebody to collect phone after waiting weeks and phoning their courier company myself. New phone received - same model, same problem. Called ***, they put me through to Upgrades. Spoke to Upgrades, they put me through to ***! Waiting on somebody to collect the phone again...
