Utter Incompetence

this is now the 6th time that my LG G3 gives me the same problem (It switches off by itself and it happens about 7-12 times per day) it has been in for repairs for 5 times already, it would have been the 6th time now but even the dealer says that it wont help as they will just say no fault found and I will still sit with the same problem because that is what they have always done and not once my phone was fixed. Vodacom is utterly *********** in fixing my phone and it does not seem to even bother them, worst service EVER. Vodacom also seems to think they have the cheapest data out there because why should they care if you need to download all your apps again to help you through your day and after 5 times of having to do this it has cost me a bit. I will not stand for this anymore, if my phone does not get fixed I will cancel my contracts with Vodacom and take legal action.
