Utter disappointment..sis vodacom!

I had a 24 month contract with vodacom which expired in Aug 2024. When I went to the branch to make sure it will be cancelled and not continue they insisted that it is only finishing end November. My contract stipulates otherwise but nevertheless I accepted but when I wanted to cancel in November I was told i must now give a months notice. I was not happy and told them I cannot afford it any longer but they then told me to cancel via the cancellation number ***. When I phoned the number the guy on the phone insisted that I continue with another plan which I refuse several times..he then laughed in my face and continued trying to sell me a new contract. It was quite upsetting as he would refuse to listen to me. I ended the call and tried phoning again hoping to speak to another call agent but only after several attempts another lady assisted me and send me a cancellation quote which you have to complete and return within 7 days otherwise the contract will continue. I have done so and vodacom rep**** with a reference number that unless you receive an email to confirm cancellation of contract the contract will just continue and that one can phone *** for query cancellations...I am passed despair and tried from early today to phone and find out if this contract was now cancelled and got through to a lady which insisted she will phone me at 13 pm to confirm but again no call back. I have send in the cancellation form again via email with the same message back from them that I will have to receive confirmation email from them otherwise the contract will continue. I phone the cancellation number again with no sucess of getting through...now my question is what should i do...i cannot afford this contract anymore and dont want another contract! Please vodacom please offer better service because this is beyond ridiculous!!!
