Utter disappointment

Vodacom repairs hatfield has to be one of the worst Vodacom store I have ever dealt with. I booked a phone in for repairs on the 10th of August 2023 and to this day I have not received it back. I was at the store last week and then only did they tell me it is beyond repair, that time the screen is the only thing cracked. They told me that they would contact me this week and I haven’t received any communication from their side and when I called them today, they do not answer the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the way they conduct business and the fact that they do not reach out to their clients.
