Utter bad service

Bad service. I went for an upgrade in store on the 27st of December, in store I gave my delivery address to the lady at vodacom in the town, where se also knows the address. The 30th someone from Vodacom calls me again to confirm address, and I explain to her the street address and to make it easier I told her its at the High School. This morning the 5th of January, i see my package is out for Delivery through Ram Couriers but its going to a whole new town 74 kilometres away from where I am. I corrected the address no i have to wait 3-5 more working days… why is it necessary to confirm online if I already did it in person!?, with someone that stays in the town and knows the area working at vodacom….. now a random person from somewhere in vodacom needs to understand and spell what I am saying and make a huge mistake like this??? Unacceptable, this will be my last contract with Vodacom!!!
