Usually they hound you like dogs

Yesterday afternoon I went into the Vodacom Store at Eastgate to find out if and when I am due for an upgrade, only to be told that it was due in October 2014, we are now 8 months later??? USUALLY someone form Vodacom will hound you until you have taken your upgrade. Till to date, I have not received a call, sms, absolutely NOTHING. What I would like Vodacom to do is give me a new contract back dated till October 2014, so that I can have the full benefit on my 2 years.<br> <br> Hopefully someone will contact me and DON'T HAVE A SOPPY STORY, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN IT.
