Im really ****ed off right now. 4 consultants and no1 can get a simple upgrade correct. I mean really. Lebraino, Joseph Bila, Jocelyn that i dont even know. A second Joseph. And now Rendani.

Ram goes to constantia to deliver the devices for the second time. How they got this address beats me. LEBRAINO MESSED UP THE UPGRADE GIVING ME A PACKAGE TOTALLY R800 WHEN THE CONTRACT IS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE R369. JOCELYN CANCELLED THE UPGRADE BASED ON A PHONE COLOUR WHEN I DID NOT SPECIFY WHICH COLOUR AND I DIDNT EVEN SPEAK TO HER. JOSEPH BILA FIXED THE MESS THOSE 2 MADE BUT SOME HOW GOT AN ADDRESS FOR CONSTANTIA I LIVE IN FLORIDA LAKE. A SECOND JOSEPH ON FRIDAY CORRECTS THE ADDRESS AND IT STILL GOES TO CONSTANTIA TODAY. TODAY I SPOKE TO RENDANI LETS HOPE FOR THE LIFE OF. HER SHE GOT THE ADDRESS CORRECT. 5 CONSULTS AND THEY ALL MESS UP 1 UPGRADE. ADRESS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT ITS AMENDED I WANT MY DELIVERY OUT TODAY. SINCE THE 31ST AUGUST TODAY IS THE 6TH AND IM STILL WAITING. FIRE THEM ALL AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK.

Nobody still called me, when will i recieve my devices. I upgraded the 31st, it is the 7th i mean really. No1 called. Loke this should have been urgent. Clearly nobody cares.
