USING VODACOM IS SLAPPING YOURSELF in the face

i just spent the last hour and 13min with my earphones in on call waiting for one of vodacoms USELESS call center operators to pick up the phone and sort out their mistakes with my account, just to have the dumb (swearword) hang up on me 12 seconds into the call....

I ordered a phone on thursday- knowing i shouldn't go back to vodacom. on their website it says next day delivery... its monday... no phone and not even a call from vodacom. false advertising and im pretty sure this goes against the consumer protection act. im trying to cancel this order cause of the (swearword) service but no- cant even get through to the operators to do this. website is not working and they dont call back, and they dont respond to emails. what kind of company is actually okay with treating their clients like that?

where do we go to to tell them to (swearword) off and stop trying to operate a s a provider? how about stop wasting money on tv adverts and spend money on customer care. every single company that treats their customers like (swearword) gets liquidated eventually-google it. its not just vodacom obviously. there are no network providers that actually are capable of servicing their customers properly in south africa. ill buy from the first company that can prove proper customer care. wont even mention the overpriced data- and 200sms deals... its 2017, not 1992. 200sms's is not a deal sealer or anything to get excited about (swearword) off man.

everybody try stop using vodacom. that will teach them. send them back to the beginning and make them re-evaluate their ****py attitudes, bad service, bad customer care, overpriced data, ***** unusable contract deals and and especially that (swearword) of a automated call centre... its a sad and terrible joke- that we have to deal with service this bad.

how do they deal with complaints? they dont.. they do nothing at all. i thought telkom was bad.. this is on a whole other level. are the EXECUTIVES sitting their laughing and smiling at the (swearword) we have to go through just to get anything done? you spend money on adverti*****ts to get more customers but you cant even handle the ones you already have...

who's idea was it to automate the call center? punch that person as hard as you can in the face. im trying to cancel any tie i have with vodacom and they make it impossible. if someone there actually gives a (swearword). make a plan and sort all this out. though i doubt it.. keep sponging peoples money up for no good reason you (swearword) swearword)!!!!
