User contracts stored on the planet Mars?

Hi.

Query number :1 - ********** 5224.

On 30.05.2016 I requested that a copy of my contract be sent to me as my phone has a cracked screen and Samsung wll gladly replace it under ther warranty, free of charge, provided that I furnish them with a copy of my contact (proof of purchase as they worded it).

Today is the 15.06.2016. No word. I have gone from having to call because my query was closed, without any resloution ofcourse, to being told that becuse i emailed and not faxed thats why it got closed, to being told that upon reopening a query that should not have been closed in the first place, I will not have to wait a further 14 days (over and above the time i already waited), to being told that they are offline.

Seriously, my phone is at Samsung, I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE!!!!! I am not asking for manna to fall from heaven, just send me the contract and I will leave you alone,. I even asked for a letter seeing as a contract is like drawing water from a stone. Its been 2 weeks, 2! Pease guys!

So unhappy , and still phoneless.

Thozama Maqungela

Hi Escalation Support Desk.

HOLY ***!!!!!!!

I am actually at a loss for word. A rare occurrence that, but I am.

If you scroll down this email, you will see that I have long, and I mean long sent my ID to you guys. LONG!!!! (30.05.2016). For ease of reference, seeing as even my ID cant be found, I have highlighted this for you.

I must contact the store where I did my upgrade? Are you joking? It would be a different story if I was told that I needed to do this TWENTY ONE DAYS AGO. NO!

I am NOT resending my ID and I am NOT contacting any stores. If I had a copy of my contract I would actually check if all these delays are not some form of breach of contract ( Vodacom is obliged to supply the user with a copy of the contract upon request). This is crazy guys.

Write me a letter, anything, so that I can prove to Samsung that this is a contract phone. One thing, one, that’s all I am asking for. You will not ever hear me asking you to contact any stores in the HIGHLY unlikely event of my not paying my bill. EVER! I actually cannot believe you guys. Please can I have details of a SENIOR MANAGER? ( no, not a senior consultant, I have spoken to lots of those and yet I find myself typing this email). This is absolutely unacceptable.

AGAIN -> I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE
