uselss network who dont resovle queries

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like to update that this query is not resolved as per our telephonic conversation you stated that the refund amount with be credited and my debit order would be less i just received an sms that you guys debited the fill amount yet again thats how incompetant you guys really are i am really frustrated and ****ed of yet again how hard is it to keep to your word???????its my refund thats owed to me from 2 months..i am expecting a call from you again because you assured me that thi query with be sorted out!!!!!!</p>
