Useless/Pathetic Vodacom suspends my line when they are at fault

Vodacom is the worst company to deal with or even have a contract with. My lines are suspended due to an amount that the don't even know what it's for. I've been calling Vodacom and escalating this matter since March but No one is resolving this matter. Now all my lines are suspended due to *********** useless people who are failing to help. They only good at saying when will you pay, someone will be in contact. My line is due for an upgrade, they must just forget that I will ever do business with them.
