USELESS Wireless Internet from Vodacom!!!
REF SR***
Business Wireless Internet down in Kyalami Business Park from Friday 18 Feb due to an apparent "Hub Outage/Problem".
Today, Tuesday 22 Feb, STILL no action!?
No communications from Vodacom call centre (***), various calls to them, no clear answer, no ETR, No service!
This is pathetic Vodacom!!
In a modern world, Internet is vital to do business, my phone-lines and internet is down and You just do not care.
You have my details, get hold of me; or surprise me by getting your systems up and running!

22 Feb 2022, 19:32Yet ANOTHER business day has passed, and the internet is STILL not working.
The only feedback thus far , after numerous calls from my side came at 15:40, a technician did an inspection at 13:53 today. A SITE INSPECTION 4 DAYS AND 2 HOURS AFTER THE OUTAGE WITH NO COURSE OF ACTION!!!
No official feedback as promised.
Vodacom - happy to take R15k a month from me, yet too pathetic to give feedback or resolve issues.

23 Feb 2022, 19:26Thanks, however, I am BLOWN AWAY that a company like Vodacom can drop the ball so badly.
4 days to get a technician to site for an inspection. 4. Days. ...to inspect only. Wow.
5 days to get the technician(s) back to see what they can do. 5. Days. ...before action is taken. Wow.
Feedback only when I call Vodacom.
Feedback only after I had to blow my lid a few times.
I am STILL waiting for a manager to pick up a phone and communicate with me. Pathetic. You have managers with no *****. No respect. They are spineless jellyfish who clearly will not be held accountable.
Eskom is more efficient. That says a lot.
I am loosing business because nothibg is working. Clients cannot call us. Clients are getting **** service from me because I decided it would be ideal to deal with 1 service provider. ...a service provider I believed to be efficient, and awesome. I am having a backup system installed from MTN, suimply because I cannot rely on Vodacom anymore. Tsk tsk.
R100k a day lost in turnover. Who takes this loss? What discounts am I getting for the utter lack of service? Who takes the knock on effect from lost business due to the speed at which Vodacom tends to problems? R100k a day is F-all to a company like Vodacom, but it can sink my business. THAT is why I am ****ed off. THAT is what I am fighting for. 18 people relying on me for an income. 18 people who can loose a job when my clients go to a competitor. ...that is not even mentioning the millions I stand to loose, and will be liable to repay regardless of outcomes. This is why I am not a nice guy when I get **** service.
I need this fixed. Not next week. Not tomorrow. Yesterday. I need to try save what I can.

25 Feb 2022, 18:397 days.
It took 7 days to get a team on site.
7 days and 1 hour, the problem was resolved. Thus, Vodacom wasted 7 ****** days by delaying going to site, failing to plan to have access to a site.
7.
Days.
Wasted.
7 days woth of business down the drain.
7 days of Vodacom lying.
7 days of Vodacom not performing.
This could, and SHOULD have been resolve a week ago.
I would say thanks for fixing the issue, but due to the damage done? Tsk Tsk
