Useless Vodacom...Never ending fibre Issue

I app**** for fibre through vodacom. They never installed and I had to unfortunately cancel. I sent numerous cancellation mails that are not being actioned. I now cannoy sign up with another ISP as my vodacom is still active. Vodacom dont want to install but also dont want to cancel. Being without fibre since February as of a result of vodacom. I will post complaints until resolved!
