USELESS Vodacom !! WORST service EVER!!!!

I moved houses and needed my Fiber moved. Called vodacom numerous times to get feedback and to find out where in the process my case was. They take 30DAYS to do a change of address..RIDICULOUS ... i can get fiber set up in 5 days with a different provider.. I have now asked for my vodacom account to be cancelled instead but the call center keeps saying vodacom will call me. BUT THEY DON'T EVER CALL.. I'm left paying for a service that I can not use and I need to rely on recharging with 1GB of data every day to be able to join meetings and get work done.. WORST SERVICE!!! IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 12 YEARS!! I HATE VODACOM, USELESS USELESS USELESS!!
