useless vodacom vodabucks store

i bought stuff online from the vodabucks store on the 6th of November ,i stiil did not receive the link so i could pick the correct sizes ,and still the order has not being confirmed ,i did a online payment the same time ,vodcom puts you thru tobi who is extremely useless ,you cannot get thru a agent , i have being trying to get thru since Monday ...this is extremely poor service ...
