Useless Vodacom *****

We cancelled the contract on *** ending 29 Feb 2020, but it was not cancelled on 1 March 2020 it carried on. Phoning cancellations waiting for 26 minutes helped nothing and listening to the voice recording using incorrect wording recede instead of received was even more irritating.
