Useless Vodacom Shop
I bought a snug car charger on 26 March 2024 at Vodacom Shop Beacon Bay. After about 3 weeks I noticed that the charger stopped working. When I pulled the cable out of the socket the cable came loose. Today I tried returning the charger and the manager of the shop refused to refund and said it was physical damage. I don’t know how this could be because it is clear the charger was loose from the inside. When I requested to speak to the manager I was told he is too busy writing some report and cant speak to me. I had waited 10minutes for this manager who left the shop without anyone’s knowledge for him to not have the decency to tell me why they can’t replace this charger that I paid R549 for.
