Useless Vodacom service provider

I've been trying to blacklist a ****** phone since yesterday morning but not getting any joy.

I even drove to their Eastgate vodashop with hope of been assisted but unfortunately I was told to wait for sms with my blacklisting number and I'm still waiting

I also tried their email but still no sucess

Their 135 customer voice programmed service number or Halopeter is so useless and very unprofessional
