Useless vodacom service

I’m really not impressed with the level of customer service from this network... I reported a ********** upgrade done on my name and for 3 months now I have been given the run around and promises to be called back but nothing....money is being debited from my account and I’m really sick and tired of this...I can’t believe how such a big network can be so useless.please can someone contact me ‭‭+27 (64) ********** ‬‬,that’s my direct line
