Useless Vodacom robot and no humans

My contract expired 16 months ago and since then i am trying to go to a pay as you go because i am unemployed. The only "person" i can talk to is Toby the robot and the i must proof i am a human. Today i received a call from a attorney claiming i own vodacom money... tried to phone them but i dont look like there is any humans working there. I have been to vodacom kolonnade but they are humans but with no functions as my contract is still running month to month. I am at the end of my rope with these useless robot and its humans. HOW DO I STOP THIS DAMN SERVICES....any vodacom human available.....
