Useless vodacom repairs
After owning a Samsung S9 for only 6 months the charging port stopped working and I gave it in for a warranty claim
I receive the phone back with all and every piece of data, photos, contacts all erased!!!!!!
How can such a big company not even do a backup and restore if they KNOW they going to wipe the phone???
Why WIPE the phone if it went in for a new CHARGING PORT?
