Useless Vodacom Online Store

I have to say that Vodacom's aging website is completely up to s***. I have been trying to do an upgrade for the past 2 hours online, I have entered enough OTP's that I feel like an OTP but wonder above wonder, I still have not been able to complete my upgrade because the website continuously bombs out.

Don't even bother having them call you, because when you get a call, they miraculously cannot find the deals that are being offered on the website.

I am seriously considering cancelling all 4 of my Vodacom contracts and going somewhere else.
