Useless vodacom online customer service and support service

After complaining about getting the wrong phone delivered I first got response from a gentleman who absolutely did nothing to sort out my problem then I complained on facebook and a lady phoned me to sort out my issues then she helped me with my new upgrade now its taking them more than 24 hours just to confirm the order and send the order out and yet again its somebody elses problem again and nobody is helping me I was told the contract is approved and everything is in place will have my phone by wendsday its tuesday already and its not even been booked out for delivery and in the meantime Im sitting without a phone because yet again vodacom is dragging their feet
