Useless Vodacom online

Submitted an application on Vodacom online for a phone on the 25th of March and up to now haven't received feedback. I followed up with them on the 27th and they said i should submit my paperwork, which i did. Again followed up on the 29th and they said i should submit documents, which i did AGAIN. Now am not sure if i should waste my time calling again or these are just a bunch of *********** pple. Not even a single day have they ever tried to contact me asking for anything missing or at least acknowledging receipt of my application. THis company is indeed going to the dogs
