Useless Vodacom I cannot get any OTP through their system

I am an extremely irritate Vodacom customer and its getting a bit much, I demand that action be taken or I am going to small claims court to go for Vodacom, my cell phone does not accept OTP this has resulted in it costing me 63 pounds to transfer money from my mother in UK to pay my bills, I am a very poor pensioner with no income and it’s a battle and now to have to find R1,165 is a problem so the account cannot be paid as a result of your Vodacom problems I have no money. My data just disappears on my cell phone which whoever I speak to has the same complaint that Vodacom *****s your data. Thus OTP story has been going on for months I battled with MNet to find the problem, I tried Telkom they could not find it and now it’s come to a head as it’s a Vodacom problem, I have actually incurred extra costs with Mnet and Telkom which I have not even calculated my losses over 7 months. I blamed the other people when clearly it was a Vodacom problem, more aggravations something has to be done with these rouge businesses, which seems to be the norm in South Africa. By the way similar problems with Vodacom occur in UK my mother and other relations say they endure the same problems so it seems this is a world problem of how Vodacom rip customers off. Its time ICASA did something about their CEO Shameel Joosub and made him personally responsible then you will see how quickly things get fixed.
