Useless Vodacom fibre

When I got fibre in my area I went to hellopeter to see which service provider had the best service rating, sadly one was just as useless as the next. When a young dynamic sales guy Cinga came 22 Oct 2019 came to my door I decided to give Vodacom a try, my thinking was this is a big company with a good deal...what a useless bunch, beyond useless, although I was warned on hellopeter. My wife has phoned there call centre numerous times, Lydia, Chantel, etc ref sr***...you might as well spoke to father christmas as nothing happens although they tell you sent request to operations manager at warehouse (can only e mail). What a joke, no follow up no seniors to contact just the useless call centre. Now 28 Dec still waiting. The guy Cinga who sold us the contract told us he has left the company because of there empty promises.(sic) Please go with anyone but Vodacom fibre.
