Useless Vodacom

So we as company has decided to go over to Vodacom business dedicated fibre and it takes Vodacom almost 5 months to install. Its now installed maybe for a month and still we are having endless issues, we have reported it to everyone but we keep being sent from pillar to post. te technicians we have spoken to dont know how to fix the issues and escalate to another technician and still we do not have any solution to our problems. Do not waste your time doing business fibre through Vodacom as there is absolutely no support from them
