Useless Vodacom Early Cancellation

On the 10th May, I contacted Vodacom early settlement to request a settlement to cancel my account. Received a quote which I accepted and paid the money, sent the signed quote, copy ID and proof of payment to Vodacom as requested. Then got notifications that my number has even been changed to prepaid. Just when I thought that was sorted, on the 4th June Vodacom debited me for the account, I queried with no response even wrote a Hellopeter complaint which later I got confirmation my complaint was closed as resolved🥺🥺🥺 The shock I got yesterday the 21st June being contacted by VVM that my account has apparently being handed over to them for R243 I owe Vodacom? How can I owe them when the account has been settled? Yesterday I had to resend everything to VVM confirming I had done everything right on my side. Vodacom is clearly very useless and don’t want people to cancel their useless contract. And one thing though that Vodacom and VVM must know, should this handover reflect negatively on my credit score, he’ll is going to break lose. I am sick and tired of companies that don’t do what they are supposed to do when one wants to get out of their useless contracts. They enjoy seeing people in bondage of debts. I honestly hope for their sake this is not going to affect my credit profile cause I will take this complaint to the highest in this country and ensure they never again mess with another person
