**USELESS VODACOM**

Do you need internet 24/7 then don't go to Vodacom. Useless WI FI. I had Wi FI at VOX for 5yrs, no issues, went over to Vodacom because they had better packages, the biggest mistake that I have ever made. On a daily basis I have to call them, and the same old story RESET on their side. My Wi Fi was off for 2 days now, I was tired off phoning, but tonight I got hold of them and again **RESET**. Monday a technician was here after asking for a month, but still the same. Don't try to run a business using a product with a product from Vodacom, your business won't survive. VODACOM CAN'T DELIVER, AFTER SELLING THE PRODUCT TO YOU, CUSTOMER SERVICE ENDS ON THAT DAY**.
