Useless Vodacom - Customers mean nothing!

I have contacted vodacom 6 to 10 times over the last 2 months to do an upgrade... up untill today no one has contacted me back, not once, i have threatened to cancel all contracts in my household, and still nothing, so now have decided to just go ahead with the cancelations. They voice service is s****, and takes 10min before you even get to a conaultant, then the consultant wastes another 10 min promising you they will get back to you..... and around we go.
