Useless vodacom customer service

Vodacom has not cancelled 2 of my lines that I asked them to do on the 30th of January 2020 my contracts are month to month and according to the CPA I needed to give them 20 days notice which I did, but as usless vodacom is they did not cancel my 2 contracts
