USELESS VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vodacom customer service is a complete waste of time when you are trying to lodge a complaint. I am just going to be as short as I can in explaining what my situation is. My wife has 4 accounts with Vodacom, all of which are fixed contracts. In March 2016 a phone was due for an upgrade. Then she got a message from the bank saying a debit order bounced back. She went to Vodacom shop in fourways to enquire, only to be told that a phone was due for an upgrade, and the upgrade was done and then a 5th account was opened. That is why Vodacom was deducting the pro-rata amount and there was no money in the bank account. Obviously a ***** was committed because she never signed any documents to open a 5th account nor to have the phone upgraded. She was given the ***** department number to enquire. When she called the lady who answered was very very rude. Instead of telling my wife what to do, she was rudely asking her if she did an affidavit already, if she faxed the required document to Vodacom and so on, when my wife told her that this is the first time a situation like this happens to her, and she is seeking advice on what to do, the Vodacom lady told her to faxed the required documents and dropped the call. My wife went on and faxed all the required documents. After the fax, my wife called the Vodacom line to ensure they received the documents. A different lady picked up the phone and told my wife that the fax takes a long time and she must email the required documents instead, and someone will contact her within 2 to 3 days. That never happened. From there onwards, my wife has made several calls, but no one called her. On March 25, 2016 she was debited R2100 (she usually gets debited R1700). On March 31, 2016 she received an sms requesting her to email the previously emailed documents to a different email address. After she emailed, no one called. On April, 15th 2016 my wife got a reply from Vodacom, saying that there was no attachment on the email (on my wife sent emails item, it shows the attachments that were sent), and a few minutes after the Vodacom reply, another email came through, saying that 'the service request was closed). On April 24, 2016 my wife and I decided to go to Vodacom customer care in Eastgate mall. We explained the whole situation to a consultant and forwarded all the emails we received to this consultant. The consultant said she will send all the documents again and advise us. On April 25, 2016 Vodacom debited R2600 this time. From there, my wife received an Sms on May 5, 2016 saying she must forward the very same documents she has sent to ***. The sms came from a certain Asanda Dlavana. After 6 seconds my wife got another sms saying Vodacom has completed work on your service request and the call is now closed for further assistance, please call customer care. My wife went on and called customer care and they can't even say what is happening. The documents were emailed to the forensic email and now what?no feedback, no update up until this day.
It sucks how a ***** can be treated like this. I mean nothing matters to these Vodacom people, because they can debit what ever amount they deem is what you owe, complaints are just a formality which they don't attend with due diligence.
On may 20, 2016 my wife decided to cancel Vodacom debit order and to pay manually. She called to cancel the debit order and she was told a form will be emailed to her so she can fill and send back.
We are still waiting for that form up until today.
I mean what kind of service is this?bunch of useless people pretending to attend to customer needs.
