Useless Vodacom
Vodacom's service has gone from bad to useless. I went into a Vodacom shop to activate my international roaming and told that is was activated. To my surprise, when I landed overseas, I discovered that my international roaming is not working. The only way to get hold of Vodacom is via their 082xx numbers. They used to have online chat to assist ...now they have a stupid bot. Even for me to cancel my contract I have to phone a stupid 082 number
