Useless Vodacom call centre agent
Have an uncapped 10mbbs contract. Suddenly it’s become 2mbbs, according to My Vodacom app. Takes forever to download emails, tv buffers all the time. Phoned 082135, somebody has no clue and tells me that I must be using too much data… bearing in mind we’ve been overseas for 3 weeks and just got home Gives me a number to phone for help, as well as an email address. Turns out to be their Fibre dept!!! I live on a farm, no fibre here! Tearing my hair out!!
