Useless Vodacom Business Support Agents

I am so disgusted with Vodacom Business at this moment. I requested a simple request for tax invoices to be emailed to me for our company. It is today a week that I am waiting for the tax invoices to be emailed. Twice have the tax invoices been emailed and then the dates on them is incorrect. Every time I reply to Tsholo or Nomsa email I tell them exactly what I want and they still manage to ***** up the simple request. I even asked them for access to the Vodacom Business portal so I can go and pull this tax invoices myself for the cell numbers we have at Vodacom and they can't even help me with that. This service is really pathetic to say the least and I think as these contracts come to an end we will rather move over to a provider that can actually help us with simple things like this.
