USELESS VODACOM!!!!!!!

Battling for going onto 6 weeks to obtain feedback and clarity on my upgrade. Received the phone handset but still awaiting the laptop. Nobody and I mean nobody at Vodacom seems to know what is happening. Customer Care is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spoken to a number of consultants, I keep getting told that the laptop is on back order and when I cancel and order another laptop then a few days later when I call to check progress I am told its on back order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is after confirming that there is stoc****!!!!

Useless service no feedback and the Bot system is terrible!!!!! I want to speak to a person not a ROBOT!!!!!!!

Feed up with Vodacom, feel like cancelling the 5 lines that I have. Yesterday was the last straw!!! spoke to a lady (called LEBO) from upgrades who said the initial consultant who dealt with me will call me back in 15 min to resolve the upgrade (a week ago a guy called OUPA said he will call me back too, Still waiting!!!!!!). I am still waiting!!!!! Vodcaom is getting as bad as TELKOM!!!!

Writing this review as the final straw cannot tolerate this poor service any longer.

Do not even deserve a one star rating.

Pathetic service!!!!!!
