Useless Vodacom

Vodacom has been totally unreliable if not completely missing in action in Skukuza, Kruger National Park over the past few months. Not having the luxury of fiber in Skukuza, we rely only on cellphone networks. Vodacom has been the best network hands down for the longest time, but since around September 2024, it sometimes shuts down completely, FOR HOURS!!! This affects anti-poaching efforts, payments (Kruger National Park trying to go cashless) and could result in a life threatening situation if we can't reach doctors and/or other emergency services. I personally know of hundreds of people who has lodged complaints, yet nothing is explained or done to remedy the situation. One customer was even told by Vodacom that we should cancel our contracts and sign up with Telkom Mobile, which seems to be the most reliable at the moment.
