USELESS VODACOM APP

Most pathetic service ever. I have downloaded a Vodacom App with an intent to download discounted DATA, check data usage, buy airtime and for many other features. Now, this App has for some weird reason logged me out...after several attempts I called the Customer Care (worst decisions ever as they are clueless about anything)...I have even sent an email to Customer Care, AGAIN!...and they are failing to assist. Is there competency at Vodacom, can someone assist me...
