Useless Vodacom and their systema
Easy to want to push you for an upgrade but when said upgrade does not happen 'the system' blocks your number for '*****' even though all you are trying to do is resolve the 'escalation'. Sadly, I still have contracts with them and have to stay even though I am not impressed at this moment with their level of commitment to customer service.
