Useless Vodacom

I app**** vir an uograde in months 23 of contract on 7 Nov 2020 i received nww handset in November atround 14 Nov 2020. Despite thenupgrade and laying complaints etc my complaints gets closed as resolved but i am still on my old contract. I see this as grounds for terminating my contractnwith Vodacom as they are un breach. Utterly useless customer services- i have called aand emailed on various occasions without any success or having the matter resolved. I got about 5 different versions of what is to happen and NOT ONE VRRSION has resolved the matter
