Useless Vodacom!

Pathetic service and communication. At the time I installed Wifi at my house, there was not any fiber in my area. It was then agreed that they will install normal satellite wifi until there is fiber in our area. It was said that there will be no extra charge when going over to Fiber. They will sort it out. To cut to chase, they made me pay for the fiber and LTE network because they did not cancel the other network after they installed the new fiber connection. They are useless!
