Useless Vodacom

<p>I expressed an interest in an upgrade of my data contract, and within the hour, their agent called me. The call lasted nearly 3 hours and the agent found me the best deal and confirmed my delivery address! This was on the 7/7/2016 and I have heard nothing since! I can't get anyone to investigate! Customer service tell me to speak to Online and after holding on forever Online put me back through to customer service!!</p>
