Useless Vodacom!

Vodacom take ABSOLUTELY USELESS to another level. I took a wifi contract with them two and a half weeks ago, and received the router almost immediately. But then it took around a week for the guy to come and install it, telling me at the time it could take up to 72hrs to activate. Over a week later and I still don't have wifi. Daily calls to them to find out why show that their staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Keep telling me this and that should have been done, or it will take just another 24hrs, and nothing gets done and I'm still not activated. I left Cell-C because of their bad service, but now find that Vodacom is even worse! Employ people who have some iota of knowledge about your product.
