Useless Vodacom

The worst customer service ever. took 19 minutes for call desk to respond to my call. she first sorted out her screaming baby in the background. This working from home is a joke. The cancelation department does not have access to do cancelations.? Why ?

I called on 23 December Nothing was done all just promises.... this lady today...all just words and no action.

You ask for this to be escalated and they ignore you. Please listen to my recorded call and give feedback. Useless beyond useless.
